The St. Kitts Yacht Club is teaming up with RUSVM Swim Club to host the 4th annual swimming race along the South East Peninsula. Whether you are just taking a leisurely swim with flippers to say you completed it (Assisted Category) or trying to set a record time (Competitive), this is your chance to help us promote swimming in St. Kitts! The race will start at Whitehouse Bay and finish at Shipwreck Beach Bar on South Friar’s Bay. It is very slightly shorter than the Channel Swim (1.9 miles) and more relaxing in flat water. If you are thinking about doing the Channel Swim, this is your chance to gauge yourself. The course will follow the coastline and a good portion of it is quite shallow. Those concerned about the length can follow close to the shoreline.
