St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The federation is mourning the death of former governor Sir Probyn Inniss.
Sir Probyn was known for his work as a historian and lawyer, and did not shy away from commenting in the media on the social and political climate in the country.
He is most likely to be remembered however, in his role as head of state.
Sir Probyn Ellsworth Inniss was born November 18 in 1936.
Available information states that he was the Governor of St Kitts Nevis and Anguilla from 1975 to 1980, and then following the separation of Anguilla, the governor of St Kitts and Nevis from 1980 to 1981.
