Fire Scare At ICCS

A fire tender rushed to the ICCS on George Street at about 11:30 Wednesday morning after a fire alarm at the school repeatedly went off. hundreds of students accompanied by teachers poured out of the school as fire officers rushed in.Students told that the alarm went off and stopped four times in succession so they became concerned. They said teachers told them to exit the compound. After they saw no smoke or other indication of a fire.

The fire officers rolled out hoses in preparation to oust any fire they may have encountered, however not long after they exited the premises, retracted their equipment and prepared to leave. spoke with the officer in charge at the scene who informed that upon arrival they were met by a security officer at the school who revealed that there was no fire.
